   This is the site of Marvin Ward "The Giant Killer". Marvin has been working out for 14 years now and has powerhoused his way to such awards as the Bronze Medal in the Olympic world games ,as well as being the only Bantam weight to ever win a National Level Overall Championship Title in the history of the sport of Bodybuilding. To have reached such heights requires the focus, the restraint of temptation, dedicated discipline, and hard work. Through this site you will learn more about "The Giant Killer".

   If you've ever been in a situation that called for blood sweat and tears, then you can understand the MuscleDemon name. The name speaks of the metamorphism that you go through to get to the next level, that almost demon-like (mindstate), that in this case has to do with muscle and, in " The Giant Killer's" case, it made a name that gave birth to this website for all that can understand, to enjoy!
